As an Area Security Officer, you are more than a Security Guard. You’ll be a key part of our team ensuring the safety of our customers' staff, buildings and assets, We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.
Role
You will be working for a large logistics firm who distribute high value items throughout the UK and Europe. It’s a varied position where you will get to see a range of different sites and customers - the role will include greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols, conducting searches where required, patrolling the premises and dealing with security incidents.

Will include days nights and weekends
Shift allowance can mean a total annual earning of £23000 per year.
Requirements
Confident communicator
Team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times.
Good IT knowledge
Full Clean Driving Licence and own transport required as this position will cover sites that span across Northampton, Wellingborough and Milton Keynes and will require an element of flexibility.
SIA Level 2 Licence and security industry experience desired (training available for the right candidates if you have not got your licence).
Shift Rotation and Renumeration
This role will involve working on a shift rotation basis which will include days nights and weekends and based upon the nature of the role a requirement to drive is also essential for this role. Some of these shifts will be eligible for a shift allowance which could mean a total annual earning of £23000 per year.
