ARMED CLOSE PROTECTION OFFICERS REQUIRED - ABU DHABI

JOB DETAILS

  1.  Opening for five (5) Armed Security Guards / Close Protection Officers
  2.  The candidates must qualify in the following criteria to be considered for the post:
    1. Candidate physical features:
      1. Minimum of 1,80m in height.
      2. Body mass index (BMI) must be healthy 18.5 – 24.9, with a weight of +-90kg.
      3. Candidates body tattoos must be coverable by a suit.
      4. The candidate's hair (and beard) cut should be as such to be blend in a formal business environment.
      5. The age of the candidate upon application is not over the age of 40, perfect health and no underlying medical conditions, illnesses and or contagious diseases.
    2. Candidates Beneficial Career Skills:
      1. Preferably single men.
      2. Prior close protection / guarding experience.
      3. Training and experience in protocol and diplomacy.
      4. Second and third language ability.
      5. Tazer training.
      6. Pepper spray training.
      7. Telescopic baton training.
    3. Candidates Essential Required Career Skills:
      1. Grade 12 or an international equivalent.
      2. Prior military and or police service.
      3. Competence in English must be at least on Level 3 – B2 – FCE – 5.0 – 500/173/61.
      4. The candidate must be well trained in the practical application of a pistol in CQC and provide proof of such training and competency.
      5. The candidate must have a background in martial arts / MMA / boxing etc at least on an amateur level. Competency must be proven and provided during the interview.
      6. First-person on Scene (FPOS), or an equivalent first responder medical in date qualification.
      7. Light vehicle manual and automatic driver license.
      8. Required CPO traits:
        1. Refined crowd management and problem-solving abilities.
        2. Observational and conflict management skills.
        3. Capacity to be stern, as required.
        4. Excellent verbal communication abilities.
        5. Physically agile with impeccable reflexes.

NOTES

3. Work Conditions: a. The candidate will work between 8- and 12-hour shifts depending on the venue and specific client requirements. b. Work can be during the day or the night due to the nature of functions and social gatherings. c. Candidates must be able to work armed, with a pistol, or unarmed, requiring the mentioned unarmed fighting proficiencies. 4. Remuneration: a. Salary: This will depend on the individual skill level and competencies. b. Shared accommodation and sustenance. c. Transportation to and from your accommodation to your location of work will be provided. d. Medical coverage in the UAE. e. UAE gratuity according to MOHRE guidelines. f. 30 days leave per year. Basic salary will be paid for the 30 days on annual vacation. g. Air ticket every 2 years to your home country for annual leave. h. Uniform, a suit, will be provided for work. i. Cell phone for work-related communications. 5. Take note: a. Drug tests will be conducted upon your arrival in the UAE. b. A full medical test will be conducted upon entry into the UAE.
