JOB DETAILS

About Us

Nationwide Security Company - advising enterprise clients in all areas of their security programs to include Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams, Global Operations Centers, and various other critical security topics.

Who You Are

A background in corporate security background is great, though not a requirement.  We are less interested in what you are than who you are, the person (work ethic, attitude, capability, etc) is prioritized over the paper (degree, training, resume, etc). Our most successful program managers come from a variety of backgrounds and have succeeded because they are willing to learn, work hard, and flat out perform.

  • Professional, mature, and reliable.
  • A good communicator who has the skills/experience to build an effective working rapport.
  • A team-player with a “no task is too small” attitude. Can prioritize varied workload and comfortable with shifting between priorities. Service oriented.
  • Experienced in task delegation and project tracking.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active. Takes initiative, follows-up, anticipates needs/problems, doesn’t allow things to fall through the cracks.
  • A fast learner who is eager, engaged and resourceful.
  • You are solutions-oriented: “can’t” isn’t in your vocabulary, and you’re not afraid to make recommendations and propose new ideas.
  • You think on your feet and can adapt to schedule changes or technology malfunction.

Why work with us?

  • Our Professional Leadership Track (PLT) is a 2year on-the-job training curriculum that prepares protectors for future leadership positions with us, or in their next career. Each step throughout the 2-year PLT and beyond is measured and evaluated by the Training Division to ensure every associate continually gains proficiency, experience, and confidence.
