Night Security Officer
Location: St. Ives, Cornwall
Rate: £10.25 per hour
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off. 4 nights (1900-0700), 4 off.

 

Great opportunity to join a customer focused security team in St. Ives, Cornwall.

Applicants must hold a SIA DS license and have excellent customer service skills. The role will see you working 4 on / 4 off, perm night shifts. You will be a part of a skilled team providing a dedicated security service.

 

Essential criteria:

  • SIA DS License holder
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Happy working perm nights

 

Duties to include:

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Regular site patrols
  • Access control
  • Front of house duties
  • Provide an effective physical and visual security presence
  • Respond to fire alarm activations, incidents and emergencies.
  • Provide friendly customer service to members of staff and visitors
  • To provide first aid support, or assist first aiders when appropriate.
  • Carry out plant room, equipment, tenant storage checks and facilities checks when required.
  • Complete incident forms, notebook entries or Accident Report Forms as required.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
  • Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
  • Respond to emergency situations
