JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a Security Team Leader to join a high profile site in Central London. This role would suit an ambitious security professional with the ability to lead a small team of Security Officers.

Applicants must be:

  • SIA Door Supervisor & CCTV licensed
  • Have previous experience of leading a small team
  • Strong customer service skills

 

Duties:

  • Oversee a team of Security Officers and ensure a customer focused service is maintained at all times
  • Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions
  • Assist with rostering Officers
  • Provide training and guidance to Security Officers
  • Manage the provision of CCTV and access control systems
  • Work closely with the Security Management team
  • Provide incident management response
  • Ensure Officers are undertaking security patrols

Location: Central London

Rate: £11.96 per hour

Hours: 4 on / 4 off (days, nights & weekends)
