Summary/Objectives 


As an Executive Protection Specialist, you will work on all matters relating to the safety and security of the CEO,
Chairman of the Board, and their immediate family members. This individual should possess a high level of personal
accountability, be extremely flexible, have a sense of urgency, be proactive in their approach to security and customer
service, and enjoy the challenges of keeping our executive members and their families safe. They will demonstrate
advanced security routines, executive level customer service skills, and modeling of the company'ss values and culture.

To be successful this candidate must be highly self-motivated and at all times conduct themselves with the company's best interests at the top of their priority list, on and off duty.

Basic / Minimum Job Qualifications 
Education ● BA/BS and/or equivalent work experience required.

Professional Training / Certification - 

● Valid State driver’s license required
● Valid National CPR/First Aid/AED card required
● Current WA CPL Required
● Valid US Passport required
● Lifeguard Certification required
● Successful completion of a recognized tactical / evasive driving course required
Industry Experience

● 10+ years combined Government, Military (SOF), and/or Law Enforcement
● Specialty training and /or experience in Executive Protection, Tactical PSD, and / or
Combat; Tactical Emergency Medicine
● Executive Protection experience in a corporate environment

Work Authorization

● Authorized to work in U.S.

  • Successful completion of Diplomatic Security / WPPS Course
  • International Executive Protection travel experience
  • Successful completion of a recognized Executive Protection Course
  • Executive Protection Detail Leader or Supervisor background
  • WA State boaters license (education card)
  • Physical ability to walk multiple miles of city blocks
  • Physical ability to hike off road terrain for multiple miles
  • High level of firearm marksmanship
  • Physical ability to run & swim as necessary in times of emergency

Essential Job Functions

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides Executive Protection coverage for Executive and/or Executive family members in various environments surrounding their business & personal life
  • Provide secure transportation services with the ability to simultaneously conduct counter surveillance and/or tactical driving
  • Ability to drive and operate CEO’s various modes of transportation in a safe manner including various security fleet vehicles and boat
  • Ability to perform water safety and basic water rescue techniques
  • Ability to spend long hours on your feet while maintaining focus and attention to detail
  • Conduct detailed advance work on physical locations, routes of travel, & event sites 
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all corporate and personal matters, especially executive conversations & communications
  • Provide protection during events held or attended by the CEO & family
  • Stay current with all National & State security licenses and certifications by continually attending specialized and routine training as required to maintain Executive Protection job readiness qualifications
  • Communicate with other security team members to identify and/or mitigate potential security threats as it relates to our Executives and employees
  • Must demonstrate ability to maintain emotional composure and high-level problem-solving ability during situations of elevated stress
  • Develop and implement Executive Protection team best practices, standard operating procedures, and emergency response plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies, directors of security, and local venue security representatives that our CEO attends
  • Train new Executive Protection Specialists and/or conduct Global Physical Security team training as it relates to Executive Protection
  • Provide customer service with special consideration for executive preferences
  • Be a solution-oriented communicator using various communication methods and networks to routinely maintain a high standard of service for assigned executives
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness, appearance, and C-level professional etiquette
  • Systematically communicate and log all Executive Protection relevant information
  • Trained in all areas regarding corporate and residential security.  In the event that coverage is needed at various sites, the Executive Protection Specialist will be called upon to act in that capacity temporarily.

Physical & Mental Abilities and Demands 

  • Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.  If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for Light Work.
