We are seeking a talented and experienced Intelligence Recruiter to join our Recruiting team located in New Albany, OH. The Intelligence Recruiter is primarily responsible for all aspects of staffing, both current and immediate as well as business development requirements. He/she will interface with the Recruiting Manager and other departmental stakeholders on staffing needs, develop sourcing plans, staffing strategy and implementation plans for complex programs, i.e., task orders / IDIQs, incumbent capture, new business, proposal activity, etc. He/she will advise and support business development and program management staff through key personnel recruiting, task management, pipeline management, gathering market intelligence, etc. as needed.
Requirements -
This position requires specific labor market expertise with fully cleared professionals in CONUS and OCONUS locations with an understanding of skill availability, labor market rates and cost, geography unique issues, time required to fill the positions, techniques required to find the skills / clearances required, and the latest trends.
This position also requires candidate sourcing skills in the Intelligence Community cleared candidate market, including related accesses and polygraphs. Daily activities will include sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates based on requirements of the position(s), develop and maintain candidate networks/pipelines, candidate tracking, compensation analysis and offer negotiations. Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a demonstrated background in recruiting cleared Intelligence professionals • Experience in proposal recruitment, incumbent capture, and achieving aggressive recruiting goals • Experience organizing and executing recruiting events • Familiarity with Intelligence Community terminology and disciplines, clearance types, and processing requirements • Experience in full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to placement • Ability to perform under pressure • Must have strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills • Must be willing to travel and work additional/odd hours as needed. • Able to work independently, but also be a team player. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate workflow and dispositioning.
