The On-Site Coordinator (OSC) is responsible
for the management and supervision of all on-site Contractor Linguist Personnel.
The OSC will reside at the forward Headquarters (HQ) of Task Force elements as
designated by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The OSC will
coordinate the work locations with the designated on-site Government
Representative and the COR to ensure requirements and logistics are met. The
OSC is responsible for coordinating all aspects of deployment and re-deployment
of contractor personnel with the Contractor PM, Contractor OSM, and COR for
coordination and approval. The OSC will work with the designate on-site
Government Representative who will provide day-to-day technical direction on
operational and administrative matters. Any problems that cannot be resolved
on-site shall be referred back to the Contractor OSM, Contractor PM, designated
COR and/or Contracting Officer (KO) for resolution. The OSC is responsible for
all administrative matters, organizational policy enforcement and periodic
reporting of the contractor linguists for the Contractor OSM and the designated
On-Site Government Representative. The

Deployed military experience

Special Operations experience at the
battalion/squadron level or significant knowledge of Special Operations

Associates Degree with Bachelor’s degree
preferred. Extensive work related
experience may be substituted in lieu of education requirement.

English fluent (minimum of 4 on ILR
Scale)
·
Proficient in the use of Microsoft
Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint). Experience with the use of web-based
collaborative planning/management tools.
