On-Site
Manager (OSM) is responsible for the management and supervision of
all on-site Contractor Personnel during the period of this Contract. The OSM will reside at the forward Headquarters (HQ)
of Task Force elements as designated by the Contractor Officer Representative
(COR). The OSM will coordinate the work locations with the designated on-site
Government Representative and the COR to ensure requirements and logistics of
the Contract are being met. The OSM is responsible for coordinating all aspects
of deployment and re-deployment of contractor personnel with the Contractor Program
Manager (PM) and Government COR coordination and approval. The OSM will work
with the designated on-site Government Representative who will provide
day-to-day technical direction on operational and administrative matters. Any
problems that cannot be resolved on-site by the OSM will be referred
back to the Contractor PM, Contractor Deputy Program Manager (DPM) designated
COR, and/or Contracting Officer (KO) for resolution. The OSM is responsible for
all administrative matters, organizational policy enforcement and periodic
reporting of the On-Site Contractors and supporting Contractor linguists for
the Contractor PM and the designated On-Site Government Representative. The OSM
will attend a Government directed integration seminar prior to performing

Minimum
5 years’ managerial experience at the operational level within DoD

Operations experience at the group/wing/brigade level or significant knowledge
of Special Operations
Bachelor’s
Degree with Masters preferred. Extensive
work related experience may be substituted in lieu of education requirement.
English
fluent (minimum of 4 on ILR Scale)
Proficient
in the use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams,
SharePoint). Experience with the use of
web-based collaborative planning/management tools.
