Job Description
Scope:
Site Manager is responsible for the oversight and operational performance for on-site clinic health units in support of COVID-19 sites for U.S. and NATO personnel in Afghanistan.
Locations:
Bagram Airfield (BAF), Kandahar Airfield (KAF) and Hamid Karzai International Airport (HKIA) in Afghanistan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the contract.
Authority to commit and make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.
Responsible for being proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations issues.
Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract to include service delivery, technical matters, and business processes.
Monitor, track and report organizational and/or program trends within the designed program..
The Site Lead is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, to include service delivery, technical matters, and business processes.
Participates in other contract activities as assigned/appropriate.
Performs duties in a safe manner.
Follows the corporate safety policy.
Participates and supports safety meetings, training, and goals.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business or health-related field
5 years’ management or supervisory experience.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Location of services may at times be in remote, austere or challenging environments.
Must be able to perform duties in a stressful and high paced environment without physical limitations.
Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities.
Must have a valid, current U.S. Driver’s License.
Must have a current U.S. Passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master Degree in a business or health-related field
8 years managing a medical facility.
Certification/training in Process, Quality or Program Management.
Physical Requirement:
Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be “medically and dentally fit” in accordance Caliburn Medical Readiness Guidelines and Policies and/or as dictated by the Client.
No conditions that would prevent the wear of personal protective equipment; including protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor and chemical/biological protective garments or conditions that would prevent the capability of donning, lifting or carrying of up to 70 lbs. of referenced gear while running to a bunker or protected area in the face of perceived or imminent danger.
